Prebooked online only to arrive and be told we had to wait and shown a list of names of people who were before us? They said they would compensate us with vouchers for free drinks or a free game if we had to wait too long. Waited half an hour with three young children and they never gave us a voucher either!

Prices are great but wouldnt hurt if the bartenders would wear a smile and keep tabs of who is next. Instead of just serving the 1st person you see in front of you . With 3 tenders and 4 customers one doesnt expect a 15min wait

Me and my boyfriend booked to go to Hollywood bowl tonight for Valentine’s Day. We got into our lane fairly fast. After we finished our two games, a staff member came up to us straight after and said we have 30 seconds to leave, he also stunk of weed. I was trying to at least finish my drink but he seemed very demanding about leaving. I understand they were busy but it was very rude and it’s not like we could stay any longer even if we wanted to because the people that was going onto our lane was standing waiting there. After this we decided to go to the arcade, where we were target by young boys who decided it was funny to chuck wine gums at us when in the Photo Booth. This hurt alot and we left immediately. Definitely ruined my valentines.

Went to Hollywood bowl tonight for Valentine’s Day. Would not go again!! It started off fine but as we finished are go a staff member came up to us and said we have 30 seconds to leave. The way he said it wasn’t appropriate for an employee. I work in retail and if anyone acted the way he did he would be fired. After that we decided to go in the arcades. We had multiple kids in a group throwing wine-gums at us and they were rock solid, they left a mark. Would not recommend.

We visited bowling after work on a weekend with some colleagues.
We had lots of fun in the facilities were okay.
Please expect it to be very busy and full of kids. It’s good to also know it’s not just bowling, but it has a couple of other machine/games that kids can play on.
Some of our drinks while ordering through our lane took more than 15 minutes to arrive but it was extremely busy.
